Our boutique strata management company, established in May 2009 has experienced strong growth. This is a direct result of our exceptional customer service and cost effective management fees. We manage strata properties in Sydney, focusing within the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Inner West and Southern Suburbs.
We have two strata management agency agreements
During each 12 month period regardless of the agreement we include 3 meetings:
- Annual General Meeting and subsequent Strata Committee Meeting
- Extraordinary General Meeting
- Strata Committee Meeting
In addition to the above, Stratamark also provides
- a personal after hours emergency service; speak to a real person not a machine
- one point of contact for all queries
- commitment to service; if we promise to do something it will get done
- your choice of fee structure
We treat our clients differently to other strata managers, we specialise in small to large strata properties. In addition our strata managers have manageable portfolios to ensure that we are able to attend to all our client requests equally.
Our processes allow us to effectively communicate with our clients. Clients have access to a web portal where they can view various documents. The strata committee also has access to financial reports and documents.
